Process Vibe

Software for serving legal papers

Process Vibe runs a process-serving office from intake to signed return. We built it for the constable office our founder helps run, and it’s in use there now.

Software we use ourselves
What it does

From the first upload to the filed return

Intake that reads the papers

Upload the documents and Process Vibe pulls out the parties, addresses and deadlines, so nobody retypes a summons.

Service rules for all 50 states

Each job shows the rules for the state where service happens, compared against your home state, plus federal rules.

Returns and court forms, filled in

State return templates and official forms, such as California’s POS-010 and the federal AO 440, completed from the job.

Paperwork that files itself

Every document carries a barcode. Scan it in the office or the field and it lands on the right job.

Signatures applied on the server

Servers photograph their signature once, and Process Vibe applies it cleanly to every return they sign.

Sign-in without passwords

Passkeys, text-message codes or an authenticator app. Nobody on your team has a password to forget.

Why it exists

Built inside a working office

Our founder has spent 16 years running operations at Wasatch Constables, serving papers for lawyers and law firms across Utah. Every feature in Process Vibe started as a problem on our own desks: a return filed with the wrong form, a summons retyped by hand, a server unsure of another state’s rules.

Status

In daily use at Wasatch Constables. A field app for iPhone and Android is in development.
